Items must remain in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging intact.
All accompanying accessories, instruction manuals, and promotional gifts must be returned along with the item.
If the item has quality defects or was damaged during transit, please provide photos or videos as evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used or installed, rendering them unsuitable for resale;
Items missing their original packaging, labels, or accompanying accessories;
Special items that cannot be returned due to restrictions imposed by U.S. laws or shipping regulations.

Once we have received and completed the inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

If the return is for personal reasons (unrelated to product quality), the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, and the original shipping fees paid for the order are non-refundable.
