We currently offer delivery services exclusively within the United States (including the 50 contiguous states and Washington D.C.).
Certain remote areas or specific zip codes may incur additional delivery fees or experience delivery delays; we will provide relevant notifications regarding such instances at the time of checkout.

II. Shipping Carriers
To ensure the safe arrival of your furniture, we partner with the following major shipping carriers:
UPS (United Parcel Service) – Used for small furniture items, home accessories, and expedited delivery requests.
FedEx Ground / FedEx Freight – Used for medium-sized furniture and standard deliveries; includes tracking services.
XPO Logistics – Used for large furniture items (such as sofas, beds, wardrobes, etc.); supports curbside delivery as well as delivery-to-room services.
USPS (United States Postal Service) – Used for select small accessories or promotional items.
The most suitable shipping carrier will be automatically selected based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery address.

III. Delivery Timeframes
Small Furniture & Accessories: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
Large Furniture (Sofas, Beds, Wardrobes, etc.): Typically delivered within 7–14 business days; the specific delivery timeframe will be confirmed in your order confirmation notice.
Delivery delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons; we will notify customers promptly in such instances.

IV. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery address, and will be displayed at checkout.

V. Shipping Risks & Receipt of Goods
During transit, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the goods; once delivered and signed for by the customer, the goods are deemed to have been successfully received.
Before signing for the delivery, please inspect the packaging to ensure it is intact. If you notice any visible damage, please take photographs and contact our Customer Service team immediately.
